Inside Sales Associate:
We seek a talented and competitive Inside Sales Associate (ISA) that thrives in a fast-paced work environment. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious real estate growth objectives in Grand Rapids, MI. As the first point of contact for our customers, you must be positive and motivated, as well as comfortable with making more than a hundred calls per day, working with lead-generating vendors, cultivating interest in buying or selling with GBG, qualifying prospects, and enabling sales.

Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Continuously convey Ginger Baxter Group’s value proposition and eloquently manage objections
- Understand customer needs and requirements regarding buying and selling real estate
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Maintain and expand database of prospects
- Work with lead-generating vendors to build pipeline and close deals
Qualifications
- Current Real Estate License in Michigan
- Proven inside sales experience
- Excellent organizational, time-management and follow-up skills
- Engaging, articulate phone presence and experience dialing a hundred plus calls per day
- Experience working with boomtown or similar CRMs
Compensation and Time Requirements
- $14 an hour plus bonus structure
- 30-40 hours a week
