Michelle has been an integral part of our team since 2015. She is a mom to four beautiful children, all of which are her favorite pastime! She joined our team after 17 successful years of owning and operating a home daycare & preschool and we are so thankful for all the skills she brings to the Ginger Baxter Group.
As office manager, she is definitely the backbone of all of our "behind the scenes" , including organizing and managing paperwork, facilitating communication, coordinating transactions, scheduling appointments and account management. Michelle’s attention to detail and unmatched ability to handle multiple projects and clients at once make her an amazing asset to our Ginger Baxter team. Michelle is always happy to help out however the group needs and as the office “glue”, she keeps us organized and running smoothly.
