Responsibilities
- Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments
- Help seller price their home by conducting market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched
- Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client
- Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
- Some face to face interactions with lots of communication via phone, text, email
- Commission-based pay
Qualifications
- Licensed Realtor in State of Michigan
- Minimum three years of industry and sales experience
- Strong, attentive written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with people management or employee development
- Ethical, honest, and skilled at relationship-building
Compensation and Time Requirements
- Commission based; $45,000-85,000/year + Bonus Structure
- Full-time
